My wife and I are moving from the Lake Ozark area and of all the people we have met and will miss the most is one of your employees in Osage Beach, Mike Coffey, better known by us as just plain “Verizon Mike”.
We have known Mike for some time and he has kept us as a Verizon customer by always being patient and helpful as we transitioned from our older iPhone to the new iPhone 6+. We are not ones to refer others to businesses or individuals but Mike is the exception as we knew our referrals would be treated “royally”.
I'm sure you receive complaints in your daily work life and we hope this brings a smile to your face.

After having some difficulty with several Verizon reps over the phone I chose to visit the Cellular Sales Verizon Wireless in Hanover, PA. Going in with a fairly cynical view of the customer service, I could not have had a better experience. I met with a representative named Abraham Evans who was as helpful and understanding as anyone in the sales and service industry that I've ever encountered. He, as well as the rest of the staff there, went so far above and beyond what I ever could've asked and because of this I will be remaining a Verizon customer for the foreseeable future. I cannot say thank you enough to Abraham and the rest of the staff.

I want to acknowledge phenominal customer service provided in Glens Falls, New York @ Aviation Mall. My son, Josh, had a great experience at Verizon weeks prior to last Monday (5/5/14) with Zak. Josh convinced me to get some service while visiting (Rochester NH is my home base). The sales rep CHASE SCHURGA was extremely personable & professional during the entire upgrade process. He was patient & honest with me, looking for the best "fit" for me. I left with a new phone on the Edge program & a tablet (my first) with $100 Mother's Day rebate. He went above & beyond to provide quality service & excellent follow through communication. When the tablet was available he contacted my son & me to come into the store to set it up! A "personal touch" goes a long way in customer service....and...Chase Schugra has that! Forever grateful Verizon
